Maddy Ellinger (1974), born and raised in the Netherlands, has completed the Hotel Management School in the north of the Netherlands.

She had gained lots of experience in different hospitality companies. During her traineeship at the Aruba Sonesta Resort in the Caribbean she specializes in Marketing & Sales.

Once back in the Netherlands she works for different Telecommunication companies in commercial functions. As of 2001 she is working with McKinsey & Company as Senior Executive Assistant for the Managing Partner, in which she gained experience at conferences and events inside and outside the Netherlands. During the last years she is offering her services as a freelance secretary.
